Part 1: HTML Basic Sales Page Template
Mike on December 23rd, 2011
This is where we are going to begin building the webpage that we will
use for a basic sales page. This will be for a product that we are
selling online and also towards getting some additional customers.
First Steps
1. Grab an e-Junkie account. This will be essential for the final step
of today's basic tutorial.
2. Grab a decent "Add to Cart" or "Buy Now" Button. The standard ejunkie
button is kinda punny and pathetic looking.
3. Grab a small linux distro or an ebook package from eBay. These can
be great for being able to experiment with selling something digitally
and offering a little bit of support as well. Heck, even use SUSE
studio to create your basic product if you must.
The Sales Page
This is the first part of the tutorial for being able to set up a basic
ejunkie sales page to use. You are going to need the button code from
eJunkie, especially if you are planning to sell online directly from
this tutorial. So here is a basic outline of the script that we are
going to use:
Add a Heading Here to Get Attention
Add some basic text about the customer's need or desires. Outline
what you are selling and how much it costs here.
ejunkie button code here
Outline the Benefits
Present some basic benefits here
bullet points are great for being able to outline the benefits quickly
and easily.

Maybe Offer Testimonials or Other Information or Both for the
individuals

Offer refund and guarantee terms here
insert button code here
Hosting It and Marketing
I will offer on Wednesdays some marketing tips to make this sales page
work for you as a person. Make sure you embed the ejunkie button code
throughout this tutorial and replace the words with your own and
testimonials (if you have them). This is the basic steps for getting
started.

Introduction to Web Programming 101
Mike on December 23rd, 2011
The What
Web programming is all about setting up your own website. It is all
about being able to get started setting up your own site so that you
can begin the process of building some of those passive income streams
that we have been talking about as well. So, knowing how to program
this aspect of your journey towards passive income. It will be good to
start learning some of the basics that are involved with the elements
of starting to develop your other incomes in case you lose your current
income at your job.
The Language
We are going to be using HTML/HTML 5 for our sites. It is basic at the
moment but later on we will definitely be covering the other languages
like PHP, Ruby on Rails, and ASP that some of the other sites are going
to have as well. This can be something that will be built up over time
and gradually help you to be able to build up your other skill sets so
that you don't have to worry about trying to get too far into the
information that you get lost. Plus knowing HTML and HTML5 will help us
when we begin to work with some of the other things that we are going
to be doing as well when it comes to our programming knowledge later
on.
The Elements
These are the basic elements that we are going to use for our basic
sales page (when we get around to that task beginning in the next
post):
and to open and close the document
and for header related things
and for the stuff that people will read
These are the basic elements and we will be adding some new elements
along the process of the journey towards developing our own incomes
online that will be more likely to run in the background while we go
live our lives. From there, we can involved some styling elements that
will be included in our pages so that they look a little prettier and
can make it a little more attractive for the visitors that are going to
be showing up on our sites.
But for now, just begin to focus on just these particular elements
themselves. That way, you can begin increasing the things that you will
learn and be able to not be overly focused with trying to absorb too
much.

Passive Income Part 3: Planning
Mike on December 21st, 2011
Deciding on a Passive Income Stream
One of the most important things that you can do for yourself is to
decide on a passive income stream to use. This means that you decide
what income stream that you are going to focus on at first before
jumping into trying to build it up. That will make it easier to plan
out how you are going to use it and build it up enough to earn a decent
amount of money from it. Knowing and researching different ones to
choose from first can present you with the information you are likely
going to need to make a wise decision at first.
Planning
Once you have properly decided upon an income stream, then its time to
properly focus on how you are going to build those up. It is essential
to lay that out for yourself because of the need for having measurable
bookmarks that you can look at for the future. Planning also allows you
a greater chance of success from pursuing the microbusiness that you
are about to embark upon. From that itself, it is definitely worth the
investment to have that plan laid out for yourself. Additionally, this
will help you to stay committed to a goal that you might want to
achieve in the near future as a result of all of this planning for
yourself.
Writing Your Business Plan
Now comes time to create and focus on your business plan. This means to
be able to place all of your goals in a convenient package that you can
use towards getting funding or even in a neat little package so you
don't always ahve to go try to find where the sheet is that you have
written your goals on. That will be something that is a little bit more
likely to help you to remember and have an element of professionalism
when you begin to build the income up.

Passive Income Part 2:Top 5 Sources of Good Passive Incomes
Mike on December 21st, 2011
Here are my top 5 passive income streams:
1. eBooks/Books/Audiobooks. These are for the education of another
person or another group of individuals. I would do all three just
because some individuals prefer to hold a book, others want a
digital product and yet others want to be able to just listen. This
will be good to use all three in your income streams.
2. Advertising. This is the ultimate passive income. Once you build
the traffic, then everything takes over. All you have to do is be
able to stay on top of creating content and then be able to stay
committed towards marketing each post and site.
3. Software. Software packages can be a great start towards helping
your niche to be able to get further with a problem that they might
have. It might be a good thing to have them be able to work better
and faster overall.
4. Referral Income. Referral income is all about referring other
people to other programs. This means you find programs that will
solve problems and refer your potential readers and more to them to
be able to meet their needs and desires.
5. Videos. Videos are a great start towards being able increase the
participation of your customers and also being able to increase the
chance of being able have people refer your products to other
potential customers that might be interested in your product or
site.

Passive Incomes Part 1: Introduction to Passive Incomes
Mike on December 21st, 2011
Introduction
Having a passive income online is a good start towards being able to
help to cover some of the extra expenses that might have developed due
to reduced pay or other parts of the recession. I totally relate. In
fact, this particular topic seems like its a popular thing due to the
increased amount of people being laid off of a job or other work.
However, it seems like a lot of people are overly focused on the why
instead of the how. I will be doing a Wednesday blog post series aiming
to focus on the how instead of the why.
Ideas
So, to start this off, I am going to present some basic ideas that you
can use towards getting started on a passive income:
* eBooks
* Phone Apps
* Videos
* Advertising
* Software
* Clickbank
* Article Marketing
These are perhaps the easiest to get started and use for oneself.
Additionally, I have presented the links below (my referral links).
This is something that will help you to get started on being able to
earn more money or being able to have a little extra income coming into
your household as you try to get back to square one.

Red Hot Anger Passions Here!
Mike on December 19th, 2011
See........I got you to click here on this particular post. Now that I
have your attention, I can write what I wanted to say. If you are
feeling down with your relationships, I can relate. We read everywhere
about the breakups of celebrities and other individuals. Divorce is
rampant. The past few weeks for me have been a hard thing to do. Now
that Christmas is coming, I can say that I am looking forward to the
time without having to get another present for someone. Its that
simple.
But, how are you being able to get over that? Read on:
Nothing is ever simple.
Nothing ever will be. We live in a complex and advanced society. If you
want simple, move in the middle of nowhere. But the sooner you realize
that there are a lot of ways of being able to deal with the post
breakup stuff. Also, realizing that things are not good and simple
gives you that one good advantage: you have a good starting point.
Don't get discouraged as a result of nothing being simple. It just
means it gives you a little extra challenge for you to work on. I find
that is a better way of looking at things. Also, it provides you a
better learning experience for us later on. That is a necessary part of
life itself.
Create a Plan and then ACT
Create a plan for your post relationship. It will give you a chance to
reflect on what you want to be able to achieve. Decide what exactly you
might want to be able to achieve. Outline how you are going to go
achieve that exact thing. Allow for a little longer than necessary to
be able to achieve some things. Then go do it. Don't waste a lot of
time trying to plan things out. Just create enough to be able get
started and then act on it. Nothing ever gets accomplished without
action. Action is essential for this plan.
So......how does this relate to running a passive income business?
Glad you asked. Perhaps post divorce or post breakup is a great time to
start a passive income stream. It can easily give you that chance to be
able to focus on something like this. I say that you should get started
and working on something like that with a niched or a mini blog of
sorts if you so choose to be able to get somewhere further.

My Top 10 Things to Do To Relax
Mike on December 19th, 2011
Here are my top 10 things I love to do when I feel like I need to
relax:
1. Read. I find it stretches my mind quickly and can get my mind off
of bad things that may be going on. Plus reading helps with writing
as well. It's a great start to be able to learn different styles
and stuff.
2. Run. This is more for the fact I can do this without breaking
anything or causing damage to someone else. Its also great for mind
and body too. Check it out as well.
3. Write. I find I can communicate better as a writer than in person
speaking. Writing also allows me to be creative in who I am as a
person. I like to express myself a lot better.
4. Program. This is just more of a hobby at the moment. But its better
than nothing I guess.
5. Learn Languages. I admit it. I am a dork for languages. I am
learning 5 at the moment: Russian, Cantonese, Mandarin, Korean and
Japanese. Its something fun for me.
6. Surf the Web. I waste a lot of time doing this. But it can be a
good way to kill some time if you need to and you're cash strapped
like I am.
7. Go for a Walk. I live on a farm so its kinda good to be able to get
out and walk. The outdoors can help stimulate my mood and get me to
feeling better quickly.
8. Hit the Gym. This kinda goes with the running point from earlier.
Great for the stress relief.
9. Drive Somewhere. I love to go exploring. It isn't one of my major
things to do since I am broke at the moment but its good to do when
I have a little money to allow me to do that.
10. Create Something. Creating something is a great thing to do for the
expression of oneself! It allows you to think in entirely new ways!

Define Your Routine
Mike on December 19th, 2011
Have you ever woken up or done something all day without feeling like
you accomplished much? Are you waking up everyday feeling like you are
never going to be productive? Are you interested in improving your
routine? Desire to have more room for work or other productive efforts?
You are not alone.
A lot of people are interested in being able to define their routines
better. A lot of time is spent doing things that are no longer good for
us or have become a borderline addictive habit. That is what needs to
change in ourselves before we begin to get started with other things in
our lives. Too many distractions. So that is where defining a routine
comes into play.
There is a bit of help.....
Let me offer you a few pointers to better define your routine:
1. Make a list of the things that you need to change and then make
your to-do list from that. That way you stay focused on the tasks
that get you closer to what you want. That will help you stay on
task.
2. Set your to-do list somewhere visible and then turn off all
distractions. That definitely makes it easier to get stuff done.
Turn off all instant messaging, email, and other types of programs
to get stuff done.
3. Monitor. When do you notice that you are the most productive? That
is going to be your future sacred time and nobody should be able to
disturb you during that period of time.

Find other ZORGIUM pages using your favorite search engine:
Enter your search keyword(s) and the keyword "zorgium" into the search input field of
http://bing.com,
http://yahoo.com or
http://google.com.
Heads up: There's an ongoing spamdexing of Google searchbot algorithms. Sites that are 'copies of copies' and cloaked sites which include Zorgium keywords presented to search engine crawlers yet garbage content presented to human visitors were hosted on thousands of IP addresses and domains registered immediately after the introduction of Zorgium in November of 2009. The Hostgator/'The Planet'/Softlayer datacenters in Texas seem to be the epicenter of this activity in conjunction with anonymously registered domains of various TLD's but primarily .info domains at Godaddy which, in our opinion, has some sort of connection to the domains of goldmint.in and goldmint.org. Google has begun to notice this and has begun to lower the ranking of these sites and put our original sites back on top of the search rankings. These actions, as far as we can tell, negatively impact the use of the keyword 'zorgium' as a search term and provided little benefit, if any, to the perpetrators.
ZORGIUM note to content providers: If you don't want your page to appear in Zorgium's search abstraction then put an exclusion for "Zorgium" in your web server's robots.txt file.
DISCLAIMER: Zorgium is a free world-wide-web engine from AZ.COM. You may use it, but by doing so you agree that your use of other people's information discovered via our website is entirely your responsibility. Enjoy!
